Under the Joint-venture with IWH, the company has launched an integrated development in Danga Bay showcasing prestigious commercial, residential and leisure projects. It will include office and commercial properties, hotel, shopping, condominiums and a full range of world-class waterfront lifestyle projects. Construction has already started on the 37-acre site overlooking the Straits of Johor. The RM3.8 billion development will be undertaken in phases over 10 years.
